Welcome, Thank you for Choosing Summer Lash! I’m Summer , I’ve been an Esthetician since 2018. I started learning and focusing on lash Extensions in 2020! July of 2022 I opened my own Suite! It’s been a dream come true! I love finding the right lashes for my clients! Everyone is different and not one lash fits all ! My Website will allow you to cancel your appointment online up to 48 hours before appointment.
After that it will prompt you to text or email me. I will not be responsible if you do not write me to cancel appointment.
I do try to accommodate after hours appointments, just send me a email or text me! A fee of $20 for non work days & $10 fee for work day will be added.
Summer lash has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If client does not reschedule/ cancel before 48 hours, client will be charged for 50% of service.
No-Show/Day of appointment/ Reschedules day of appointment client will be charged 100% of Service Price.
Late policy, I have a 10 minute window for you to be late. (Please send me a text if you are running a few minutes behind)
If you are over 10minutes late …
SummerLash reserves the right to reschedule your appointment and charge you for Service.
If you are Sick please let me know at least 12-24 hours before appointment. You must reschedule your appointment that day within 5 days of original appointment.
You will be charged 50% of service but it will go toward your rescheduled appointment.
If you Notice an issue with your extensions. Please write me within 48 hours of your appointment anything after with be a touch up price.
Clients booking services will understand and acknowledge this policy. I am a small business & this is my livelihood for my family. *Please if something comes up write be asap.
I understand things come up but after TWO no call , no shows and day of cancellations. Or repeat rescheduling Client will not be able to book with SummerLash any longer.
